I am down 4.6 lbs from last Sunday!!! It looks like the changes I have made are already making a difference. This week I didn't eat any meat, except seafood (tuna on Friday and oysters on Saturday). I kept my calorie intake between 1200 and 1500 and I only drank water and beer (3 Bud Lights on Friday). I have started eating oatmeal with a mashed banana and 2tsp of brown sugar each morning for breakfast. It is delicious and very filling. I find that I am not as ravenous when I eat this.
Great job Audrey! I'm trying the whole working out thing again... wish I could do bootcamp like you, but I'm trying on my own.
