Going to Pee the Fat Off

I saw this on Facebook and made one. I did two full days and have started my third of drinking at least a gallon a day. Just this little trick is helping already. I was told once that whatever my weight, I should drink that many ounces on water. Right now 179 is a lot of ounces, so I may need to work up to that.

  1. That's a great idea! . 5 to 1 Oz of water per lb of body weight is the recommended intake. I'm glad you skipped having a coke! Keep it up!
